Ingredient List 2 ½ C SR Flour 30 gms Margarine/Butter 1 Egg ¾ C Milk and then the additional Brown sugar Ground hazelnuts Butter Equipment List 1 large pastry board 1 Large glass bowl 2 - 3 small glass bowls 1 whisk 1 dinner knife 1 plastic spatula 1 s/steel plate 1 flour dredge 1 rolling pin 1 oven tray/ gladbake
Method 1. Sieve the flour into a large bowl 2. Cut the butter or margarine into small pieces and rub into the flour 3. Lightly whisk the egg in a small bowl and add the milk 4. Add the liquids to the flour 5. Fold the mixture together with a blunt knife 6. Knead mixture, roll out on a pastry board 7. Spread with topping
