Single Cell. one cell = 5. 0972 192 slices. 3072 processors. 1 nitrogen tunnel at 85 K. 300 mm tools. RF transmit/receive I/O. tunnel is built solid then etched out.
15. 2916 x 15. 2916. 450 mm tools. 5184 slices of processors. 82944 processors. 27 cells per cube. 1 Megawatt of wireless power. Wireless digital I/O 9 nitrogen gas lines per cube at 85 K.
15. 2916 x 15. 2916. 450 mm tools. video cube. 27 cells per cube. 1 Megawatt of wireless power. Wireless digital I/O 9 nitrogen gas lines per cube at 85 K.
Telsa’s Spiral from the top of the power supply to the DC transfer of power to the bottom 5 mm’s of the cube. Nano spirals of copper in the bottom of the cube goto each slice.
Back plane, chipset, fiber optics, normal chips back plane to back plane new bus primary and secondary motherboards
Cube building 2 nd floor layout
Copper pipe, flex pipe, rigid pipe at 85 K. This is close to the updated version. Connector size of the pipes was to close together. Spray insulation completely covers the copper pipes.
Full Product View. The red piping needs to be changed a little. This is the leaded PCB connected to the cube.
RF layout should have copper wire connecting copper rods in cubes RF output converts to fiber optic above cube. PSU might need 1 cooling line
Cube Supercomputers • My company is going to produce all full size cubes from each company’s designs. • North bridge main controller will be near the center of the building on the 2 nd floor in the backplane. All sub-north connections will goto the north bridge main controller. I don’t currently know how many connections that will be. RF and 10 Gb network supports more signals then lead connections. All connections will be converted to fiber optic going to the center of the building.
