Strategies Challenge Strategies • Lack of administrative support • Administrator priorities-what care about? – PR, competitive (medal count), student professional development • Actions: include district (school system media) in PR releases, invite admin to attend competitions or conferences, statistics, recognize admin (stapler w. name on it)
