CSPA in relation to Enterprise Architecture Business Architecture GSBPM Information Architecture CSPA LIM Application Architecture ? Technology Architecture 2 CSPA 1. 5 GSIM

How to achieve re-usability • Organizational interoperability • Semantic interoperability • Technical interoperability CSPA is getting close(r) on organizational interoperability (GSPBM), and on semantic interoperability (GSIM + CSPA LIM), but there is still a gap to fill in regards to technical interoperability

CSPA Architectual Pattern subgroup under CSPA IG • Works to give better guidance • Architectual patterns on service building • Architectual patterns on environment

Closing the gap Top down? • Establish more prescriptive architectual patterns on the application architecturelevel (best practise) • Better guidance on technical plattforms • Service orientation is more than technology. It requires organizational maturity

Closing the gap. . Bottom up, or the Swedish/Norwegian project: • Prototypes based on (business) use cases • Create example CSPA Refererence Environment • Blue prints to get started with service oriented architecture • Examples of how to use different type of architectual patterns • Downloadable environments, or cloud based
