Strategic Prevention Framework. Partnerships for Success (SPF-PFS) • Grant focuses on prevention of underage drinking among people ages 9 to 20 • States/tribes may also use funds to target up to two additional, data-driven prevention priorities (e. g. , marijuana, cocaine, methamphetamine) by people ages 9 and above. • The program will help connect prevention programs to departments of social services and their community service providers. 5
