Lab: Speed Testing [20 + 20 mins] • 2 sessions: A user and tester • Choose one of the following applications for testing. Familiarize yourself with the app, and define 3 tasks core to the app. [10 mins] • If you’re a tester, find a user to carry out the tasks. Measure time on task, task success, number of errors, user satisfaction (aka user experience). [10 mins] • I’ll randomly choose 2 testers to share findings with the class. [10 minutes] • Alternate your role, and repeat.
