Our energy advantage keeps manufacturing competitive in a global market. o Manufacturers pay $20 K per employee on average to comply with federal regulations, compared with $10 K for firms as a whole. o Environmental regulations account for 90% of the difference between the burden manufacturers face versus other firms.
