FREEDOM This summer was filled with many moments I could have built monuments to remember God’s faithfulness in my life. This stack of stones by the water’s edge is significant. It is a memorial to the day that our oldest son got baptized. Curtis is working with IJM this year. We were at family camp on Keats Island when he asked the camp director if he would baptize him. We invited the whole camp down to the ocean, and Curtis gave his testimony. Curtis has not always been our easiest child, so this baptism was significant. God blessed our family and Curtis that day. Curtis is now working to free slaves in the Philippines. I think God is proud too.
