Expectations from the Union of the Association of Cities and the Association of Municipalities 2. Member units - Union has come up to expectations (15%) Inefficiency (21%) and poor communication with members (20%) Most members haven’t ever participated in any activity of the Union (75%) Most members haven’t ever asked help from the Union (67%) Only 1% of respondents spontaneously mentioned the Union as an institution directly helping city/municipality administration
