Key Components § 24/7 Unlimited Telephonic Professional Consultation - Assesses the event and advises the HR team on the best approach to respond - Develops a strategy to minimize employee disruption, maintain normalcy and productivity - Develops an effective employee communication plan § On-Site Support -- In additional to the above, provides group facilitated discussions and one-one
Key Components (continued) § Risk Mitigation Training - As a precautionary measure to address situations that could lead to risk, (e. g. , drug/alcohol issues, harassment, workplace violence, etc. ) --Or following a disruptive event to improve preparedness
Pricing ▪ Client purchases an annual policy and uses resources on an as needed basis § Three policies and their total annual hours are available Note: All on-site professional support and training time is tracked as part of the annual hours. Travel costs are included in policy price.
