Links THE SANCTITY OF LIFE- All life is special because God created it. Life is therefore special and should be protected not given up on QUALITY OF LIFE- How good somebody’s life is e. g. how easy it is for them to live every day. In this topic, is it worth living because of a medical condition? Giving somebody a good quality of life is one of the basic teachings of all religions- treat others as you wish to be treated
Crime and Punishment • Crime= An action considered to be wrong and is punishable by law • Punishment= The infliction of a penalty to ensure the law is enforced
• Absolute Morality- Something is always right or wrong e. g. stealing is always wrong • Relative Morality- The act depends on the circumstances e. g. stealing would be ok if you had no money and nothing to eat • Sanctity of Life- Life is a gift from God and should be respected
