Challenges • Women in Cricket declining • Kids program in Schools ran only in Saint John • Dependency on person running the program • No trained or certified Umpires • Need more higher level certified Coaches / community • High Performance Training • Online / Digital Scoring (No trained scorers) • Sponsorship • Financial Support to setup new clubs (adult/youth)
