Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering or other related disciplines. • Facilitating, interpersonal and negotiation skills. • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives. • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills. • Experience using various computer applications including Microsoft Excel, Access and other applications included in the Microsoft Office Suite. • Basic knowledge of operations, supply chain and finance. • Must be able to travel and willing to relocate every 8 -10 months throughout the country (and globally if interested). • Demonstrated leadership experience • Experience in project management is preferred but not required. • 3. 0 or higher GPA upon graduation
