“GO” l Be early and ready to greet participants. l Thank participants and give short introduction to explain purpose and procedure. l Explain the ground rules.
“KEEP GOING” Loosen The Gray Matter Exercise thinking process with a quick 3 minute brainstorming warm up. Select a subject like: “Other uses for an old computer” or “Improvements to a coffee mug”

Start The Pre-Planning Inform the group of the next steps: • • Review the list for do-ability. Finalize the list for appropriateness. Forward final list to attendees for responses. Get a group together to help plan the events or actions selected.
