Tip #1 Read ALL of the directions before you answer the question.
Tip #2 Don’t waste your energy being nervous! Relax and do your best!
Tip #3 GO TO BED at a reasonable time each night before testing.
Tip #4 Eat a good breakfast Skipping breakfast is not ideal; neither is overeating.
Tip #5 Read the WHOLE question and all possible answers before marking your answer.
Tip #6 Answer EVERY question! Make an educated guess.
Tip #7 If there are four choices, and you don’t know which choice is correct, but you do know that two of the answers are absolutely wrong, choose between the remaining two.
Tip #8 Concentrate! Do not allow yourself to be distracted by noises or movements around you.
Tip #9 While taking the test, you should match the number on the Answer Document to the item number in the test booklet.
Tip #10 Know how much time you have to complete each section. Pace yourself so that you finish each test.
Tip #11 Use ALL of the time you are given. If you have 60 minutes to finish a test, use ALL 60 minutes!
Tip #12 If you answer all of the questions before time is called, go back and CHECK your ANSWERS.
Tip #13 Be sure to fill in the circle on your Answer Sheet NEATLY and COMPLETELY
Tip #14 Be sure to erase all stray marks that are outside of circles.
