Have I included my education as a job entry? Does it list accomplishments for each entry when possible (how many customers, how much savings, how much time did I save, etc. )? Is it easy for someone else to read and follow along? If education is on-going, include the number of credit hours completed compared to the number of credit hours required for the degree. Have you used keywords? Do my main credentials stand out? Does the critical information jump off the page? Do I sell myself on the first quarter of the first page? Does it list month, day, and year? Does it list hours per week? Does it list supervisor name, email address and phone number? Does it list salary? Did you edit and proofread? Additional documentation - you may need to submit an unofficial copy of your transcript.
