COVID-19 ONSITE SAFETY PROTOCOL THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR EMPLOYEES, VISITORS, AND VENDOR PARTNERS IS TOP PRIORITY. To prevent the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), be assured that our company is following the health and safety guidance as prescribed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as other federal, state and local agencies, and public health departments. For your well-being and safety, here are the actions we’re taking: HEALTH SCREENING – ARE YOU FEELING WELL? you’re permitted to Before ENHANCED CLEANING ROUTINE • Our workplace is deep cleaned and disinfected frequently, including hightouch surfaces, like door knobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, tables, printers, shared spaces, elevators, equipment, toilets, faucets, and sinks, etc. enter the workplace, a site coordinator will help you with: • A quick screening check on how you’re feeling today • A temperature reading STAYING SAFE – PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) & PHYSICAL DISTANCING PPE and physical distancing are recommended in the workplace: • Disinfectant wipes are available for your use in all work spaces – desks, eating areas, conference rooms, etc. ENHANCED CLEANING ROUTINE To ensure your safety, our workplace will be stocked with ample supplies of disinfectant soap and hand sanitizer: • Face coverings are recommended and available for everyone – employees and visitors Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds and wash them multiple times a day • Employees receive recurring training regarding the proper use of PPE and how to reduce the spread of COVID-19 Clean your hands with hand sanitizer at one of the multiple hand sanitization stations available throughout the workplace • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands • Keep at least 6 feet between yourself and others • • If you have any questions regarding this information or would like a detailed copy of our COVID-19 Onsite Safety Protocol, please contact your HR team.
