Check • Check that the scene is safe for you. Be alert for hazards

Be alert for hazards such as traffic, downed power lines, power equipment, and other hazards. • The important thing is to help the victim and not create more victims. • Check the victim from head to toe to assess injuries. • If possible, get the victim’s name and contact info.

Call • Call 911 or have someone else do it. Have the caller report
