Course Outline Course PROCESS MAPPING One Day Purpose & Outcome Participants from organizations who are keen in migrating from the 1994 version to ISO 9000 Series of standards as per 2000 version, and those organizations desirous to implement ISO 9001: 2000 need to know the process based approach and the method to map the processes. As the new standard necessitates the measurement and monitoring of all the business processes with a view to demonstrate continual improvement, TQMI has developed this unique course to give all the required to inputs regarding the process mapping techniques. Process During the training, through tutorials, exercises and group presentations, all participants will be provided with sufficient knowledge and skill to convert or write their QM system processes as required by ISO 9001: 2000 standard. Sample process maps will be made available as handouts for subsequent references. The group exercise will facilitate the participants in identifying processes and also to determine their interaction.
