Course Obstacles: Balance Run Crawl under wire Steps Wall Crawl inside tunnel Hurdles Run Course Exercises: Push ups Lunges Sit ups Mountain Climber Squats Burpees Jumping Jack Heel Touches Bridge Leg Lifts Up Downs Jump Squats Spiderman Push ups Bicycle Crunches Superman Guidelines -Course: 30 Laps approx. 5 miles. 15 Laps approx. 2. 5 miles. -One exercise every 2 Laps run. (5) -One exercise every 1 Lap run.
