She joined Delta immediately after completing her MBA at Northeastern University, joining us in the supply chain functional area. She has moved up ranks quickly to the director level positions in both supply chain and customer service. While based in Boston, Ani has successfully completed several short-term projects internationally, and for in the Indian subsidiary specifically. Ani has never been a country manager. She speaks English, Hindi, and Telugu. Part of Ani’s leadership development plan is an international assignment. Ani is American. Carlos began his career with Delta at your Boston headquarters and is currently reporting to you as the country manager in South Korea. He is highly regarded as a global leader and, as the succession plan indicates, he was on the slate of candidates for your current role. Prior to becoming the country manager in Korea, Carlos was the Argentinean country manager for Delta and in supply chain role in Poland with his previous employer. Carlos speaks Spanish and English. He is been serving in that role for the past six years and is ready for a promotion, according to the succession plan. With the exception of one 3 -month orientation at the Boston headquarters when he first joined Delta 10 years ago, he has spent his tenure at Delta within the Malaysian subsidiary. Prior to joining Delta, Haziq worked for the Malaysian subsidiary of a US-based fast food chain. Part of Haziq’s leadership development plan is to be a country manager for a larger market. He speaks Malay and English and has a degree in business from University of Malaya. Haziq is a Malaysian national. In this current role, he is living and working in Delta’s EMEA headquarter location of Basel, Switzerland. Prior to his current role he was country manager in Germany (4 years) and has lead a variety of functional positions in the International Division from headquarters in Boston, including a twoyear global quality initiative. The succession plan states that his performance has been exemplary and he is considered regional talent pool. Pranav has an MBA from the Institute of Advanced Management and Research in Ghaziabad. Part of Pranav’s leadership development plan is a short term assignment in the Boston headquarters. Pranav speaks English, Hindi, Urdu. He is an Indian national.
