UAL Extended Diploma in Performing and Production Arts UAL Extended Diploma This qualification aims to give young people the chance to explore, develop and test their creativity and to prepare them for further study or employment. This year you will be build on the foundations and successes of year 1. Working more independently and taking on more responsibility for your own learning you will continue to learn in classes, rehearsals, through research, evaluation and performance. UAL Extended Diploma in Performing and Production Arts Assessment is continuous and covers research, problem solving, rehearsal and performance skills. Assignment briefs will be provided at the start of each assessment; these will set out what you need to do, when you need to do it and the assessment criteria your work will be judged against. Submitting work via blog set up a new blog for this year, be confident with uploading video and audio clips independently. VLE/ Year blog will be used to share important documents and information such as Assignment briefs.
UAL Extended Diploma in Performing and Production Arts Verbal and written feedback will be given to help you develop your skills. Tutorials 1: 1 to discuss academic and personal issues affecting your studies will happen through put the year. Promonitor / Pro portal will be used for this. Learner support (SPLD) If you have or think you might have learning difficulties you may be able to get support on assignments. Any teacher can refer you or you can refer yourself. GCSE/ Functional Skills Maths and English go to class and sit the exam. The advice centre has careers, counselling and welfare support available. This can be accessed with the support of a teacher or you can go in and make an appointment.
