“Course Catalog” module for Schools The module is designed for School Admins (School Office Staff) and School Moderators (Deans, Vice-Deans for Academic Affairs and designated people) to create, edit, delete and view the class schedules. Class schedule submission workflow • SM –> OR: SEng, SST, SHSS School Moderator enters the class schedule into the system and submits it to Office of the Registrar. • SA –> OR: GSB, GSE, GSPP, SMG, So. M, CPS School Admin enters the class schedule into the system and submits it to Office of the Registrar. • SA –> SM –> OR School Admin enters the class schedule into the system and sends it for confirmation to School Moderator checks the schedule, and submits it to Office of the Registrar.
