They are not afraid of anything that comes their way and will fight for what they believe is right. Their belief and the ability to stick to what they believe in is their strongest quality.

Rosa Parks is a great example of this kind off leadership. She believed in having the right to equality and be able to have her own seat on the bus. Her courage is still highly spoken off. Her actions marked a turning point in the history and helped gain equal rights for African American citizens that resulted in the Civil Rights Act.
