Significant Workflow and Accuracy Improvements n n n 1, 000 ppi standard for new image acquisition n AFIS handling and matching of 500 ppi and 1, 000 ppi images is required n Transcoding of 1, 000 ppi images to 500 ppi is required for external searches. Implementation Schedule n Selection preference will be given for the Guaranteed schedule providing the shortest time to full operational capability. n The proposed schedule must be realistic and achievable. n n Management Plan and Documentation Deliverables must be complete and subjected to internal quality control review prior to delivery. n Schedule delays resulting from premature delivery of incomplete documents are solely the responsibility of the Contractor. n System deliverable milestones (e. g. Technical Response Guidelines n Desired solution will be 100% COTS n n n Requirements Traceability Matrix (Technical Proposal Section 4) n n n Provide a response for each numbered requirement and sub-requirement Do not provide a single response for a single summary-level requirement that has multiple sub-requirements. Response to Requirements (Technical Proposal Section 5) n n n Meet or exceed functionality requirements with only configuration adaptations Any capabilities that are new and must be developed must be identified and described. The response for most requirements can be a simple compliance statement, with illustrative information as desired by the respondent. A complete descriptive response is required for RFP requirements accompanied by Blue Italic instructions for the content of the response. Guaranteed Performance Requirements n n Selection preference will be given for guaranteed performance exceeding the minimum acceptable performance levels.
