ISSUES RELATED TO DENSITY AND CONFORMANCE WITH SECTION 30250 Ø The existing non-conforming use provisions of the LCP will not sufficiently authorize the contemplated cabin relocation plan. Ø The LCPA as submitted would not prevent an increase in the overall development potential of the commonly owned property. SUGGESTED MODIFICATIONS Ø 2 suggested modifications to the LUP to modify density provisions to allow for relocation of existing cabins provided certain specified conditions are met Ø 1 suggested modification to the IP necessary to carry out the provisions of the LUP as modified See staff report addendum pages 6 -7 for recommended suggested modifications.
