DPC vs. GMS DPC vs GMS Direct Project Costs (DPC) General Management Service and Oversight (GMS) • Audit, Evaluation and Quality Assurance services General Administrative Support: • Cost of missions and travels incurred specifically to carry out or support project activities • Corporate Executive Management • Cost of Staff and Consultants hired for the project • Cost of Policy advisory services provided by UNDP staff (fully costed: staff cost, share of office rent, utilities, communications, supplies and office security) • Corporate Resource Mobilization • CO or Bureau Management • Accounting and financial management staff • Internal audit function at HQ and unit level • Institutional legal support • Cost of processing transactional services (finance, procurement, HR, and logistics) • Human Resources Management of UNDP staff at HQ and unit level • Equipment, including Information Technology equipment, maintenance, licenses and support for the project. • Policy guidance on procurement and logistics support for Headquarters and Country/regional offices Shared Equipment • Equipment maintenance • Depreciation on equipment • Communications expenses • Administrative office supplies • Other shared resources not directly attributable to the project.
