How to inculcate • Make compulsory for the workers to go prayers on time in jamaah • Regulate the companies activities to stop at the prayers time. • Narrating the Islamic legends that success, their efforts, their disciplines, and their wisdom. Eg. Sultan Al-Fateh, Salahuddin Al. Ayyubi, Al- Farabi • Narrating the wisdom and beauty of Islam • Organize the policies and board of knowledge to the Islamic values 25/12/2021 mgb 4013 7
If I were the one of the TOP manager… • I would like to prioritize the Islamic culture to be inculcated among the workers. • In my view, when the Islamic culture is integrated among workers, the corporate culture would automatically be inculcated. 25/12/2021 mgb 4013 8
