In my opinion… … the most important core value is integrity. Integrity means being honest, sincere, and morally upright, and is the willingness to do the right thing even when nobody's looking. Without integrity, the other values wouldn’t really work. With integrity, I do my best. If I don’t do my best, I wouldn’t be excellent. I wouldn’t be of service when needed. And I may not be as respectful as I should be.
