Next steps 1. Decision on the establishment of the government committee (when? May)- the vice minister of MOLSW would send a letter to all vice ministers to inform them on the establishment of the national committee 2. Development of the assessment matrix (May-June 2013) 3. Formulation of policy options (July 2013) 4. Costing of the policy options (August-++) 5. Finalization of the assessment Consultations knowledge sharing and training throughout the process >> Capacity building activities
• MB sends a letter to summarize the mission; according • Chaired by the vice minister of Mo. LSW but reporting to the deputy PM – every quarter we organize a meeting with deputy PM to report on the process… • There is a consensus on choosing • Based on our experience in other countries and given the cross-ministerial nature of this exercise we would recommend to have a direct reporting line to the deputy PM… • UN side – ILO chairs and reports to the UN RCO • Once the report is there we can bring the report to MPI
• Prepare the TORs of the committee – National advisory board – Taskforce / secretariat • As soon as the committee is established we start the process • Letter of the chair to the members to establish the committee with a 1 st meeting of the committee
