Three-Steps Interview Procedure �Students work in pairs. Individuals interview their partners by asking clarifying questions �Student pairs reverse roles, repeating the interview process �Each pair then joins another pair to form groups of four. Students introduce their partner and share what the partner had to say about the topic at hand.

Depending on the age of your students and their experience with this cooperative learning strategy, you may have to adjust the length of time for the interviews.
