Description of the Project • Develop a 10 -15 minute Cooking Show • Target College Students who live off campus • Demonstrate how to cook a healthy and affordable meal • Incorporate 2 to 3 nutrition related topics
Project Objective URI students will increase their knowledge of the dietary importance of eating the recommended amounts of fruits and vegetables and learn how to incorporate them into their daily diet.
