Who Has Contract Authority? • • Regents President, Sr. VP-Business and Finance, Sr. VP & Provost, VP-Research and Director of OSPA Individuals who have received a Delegation Memorandum Individuals who have authority pursuant to an ISU policy (e. g. , P-Card, Fee-for. Service)

Important Notes • • • Deans and Chairs have almost no contract authority A person may countersign a contract so long as someone with authority also signs A person signing without authority may be personally liable if ISU disclaims the contract
