Increase contractor awareness of agency supplier diversity goals.
Share information on OMWBE and Veteran Business certifications, and small business registration in WEBS.
Outline Agency policies around cultural competency, inclusion, and antidiscrimination.
Compliance with the use of diverse businesses.
Outline diverse business spending data collection requirements and reporting.
Require the Contractor and Subcontractor to register in WEBS.
Require Contractors to timely pay their Subcontractors.
Evaluate insurance requirements for Contractors and establish appropriate levels of coverage based on actual risk and state law.
Increase diverse business participation through inclusions plans.
Review contract language for other barriers.
