Libraries & Library Cards 26 libraries throughout Contra Costa County. Library cards are free and available to any CA resident with proof of address. Institutional library cards available for teacherslonger check-outs and no fines. In 2015 we had over 4 million library visits and over 6 million items checked out. Card allows you access to all of our materials including books, DVD’s, CD’s, e-books, use of library computers and research databases. New libraries opening in San Pablo & Brentwood. Remodeled library opening in San Ramon. Funding established for new library in Pleasant Hill.

Discover & Go provides instant online access to free and low-cost tickets to museums, science centers, zoos, theatres and other fun local cultural venues. HOW DO I GET A PASS? 1. Log in with your library card and last name on the Discover & Go site 2. Browse for passes by date or by venue. 3. Make a reservation. 4. Print your pass.
