rd 3 & Baker Parking Lot • Staff met with CPH and CFE Construction regarding construction plan and path forward to present at the March 17 th Council Meeting • Lighting poles and bases have been received. Install is scheduled for the end of March • Lot will close following the Blueberry Festival (est. week of April 27) and remain closed through July 31 st • Permanent gate will be installed during the closure

th 4 Avenue Dock Repairs • Faden Builders have provided a revised proposal currently under review by engineering staff • The new plan of action will include the addition of new pilings and a hinged connection point between sections, to allow a more natural wave motion of the section to prevent breakage • Construction plan and timeline are being developed and will be provided as soon as available

Land Acquisition for Future Projects • Fire Station 36 • City is working proactively with property owners to bundle parcels • FDOT transfer of land anticipated in March-April • Parking Facilities • Methodist Church and future use of the existing lot on 5 th Avenue • City investigating parcels not in the Downtown area • Price paid by owners vs. Current value of land • Parking Facilities discussion presented during Strategic Planning session • Potential height may need to increase to >35 feet to include desired architectural design
