Construction Projects Update • 3 rd & Baker Parking Lot – Restrooms Update • Fire Station 35 • Municipal Service Complex • Library Parking Expansion – Phase 1

rd 3 & Baker Parking Lot • All site concrete has been completed • Historic Lumber was utilized as architectural features in front of the restroom facility • Final inspections were passed today • Restroom facility is expected to open to the public within the next week

Fire Station 35 • Concept layout drawings continue to progress • Both ADG and Wharton Smith are working with city staff on cost estimates • Both items will be brought before council for discussion upon completion

Municipal Service Complex • Concept layout drawings continue to progress and reviewed with all departments • Both ADG and Ajax are beginning to compile cost estimates • Both items will be brought before council for discussion upon completion

Library Parking Expansion – Phase 1 • BESH Halff Engineering performed a parking study last year • City Staff reviewed study and are currently pursuing a proposal for engineered construction drawings • Citywide CMAR will be engaged once engineer is under contract
