Interior build out continues, casework installation in progress and roof build out has started Add Service requested from CUH 2 A submitted for new AHU per BSL 3 / 4 comments. DP has submitted letter to BOR to withdraw request for tepid water eyewash and emergency shower variance GSFIC is currently reviewing Jones Lang La. Salle request for contract extension from July 2009 to May 2010 Issues Forty- seven field notices have been issued to date. CUH 2 A has submitted draft copy of additional service fees ($200 k+). GSFIC is still reviewing. 2010 budget shows $8 M bonds to complete Science Park. GSU would like to use these funds to complete the 7 th floor but this is a private area. Discussions are on going to determine how to fund 7 th floor. BOR to advise GSFIC how and when we can proceed with the allocation of funding BSL 4 Move downtime is unacceptable. Team to review the need for a possible new BLS 4 glove box to avoid down time and potential impact to certifications, etc. New decontamination tank is being purchased. It not feasible to relocate existing decontamination tank Structural support for exhaust fans and boilers are currently being discussed by the team. Estimated cost $200 k Georgia Building Authority
