Facilities for Staff and Labor n n Except as otherwise stated in the Specification, the contractor shall provide and maintain all necessary accommodation, and welfare facilities for the contractor's personnel. The contractor shall also provide facilities for the Employer's personnel as stated in the Specification. ﻓﺈﻧﻪ ﻳﺘﻌﻴﻦ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﻘﺎﻭﻝ ﺃﻦ ﻳﻮﻓﺮ ، ﻣﺎ ﻟﻢ ﻳﻨﺺ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺧﻼﻑ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺘﻄﻠﺒﺎﺕ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ . ﻭﺗﺠﻬﻴﺰﺍﺕ ﺍﻹﻋﺎﺷﺔ ﺍﻟﻀﺮﻭﺭﻳﺔ ﻟﻤﺴﺘﺨﺪﻣﻴﻪ , ﻭﻳﺼﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺍﻓﻖ . ﻭﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺃﻦ ﻳﻮﻓﺮ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺍﻓﻖ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺼﻮﺹ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺍﺻﻔﺎﺕ ﻷﻔﺮﺍﺩ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ n n

Facilities for Staff and Labor n The contractor shall not permit any of the contractor's personnel to maintain any temporary or permanent living quarters within the structures forming part of the permanent Works. ﻳﻨﺒﻐﻲ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﻘﺎﻭﻝ ﺃﻦ ﻻ ﻳﺴﻤﺢ ﻷﻲ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺴﺘﺨﺪﻣﻴﻪ ﺃﻦ ﻳﺘﺨﺬ ﺃﻴ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺸآﺖ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺸﻜﻞ . ﺟﺰﺀ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻷﺸﻐﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﺪﺍﺋﻤﺔ ﻛﻤﻜﺎﻥ ﺩﺍﺋﻢ ﺃﻮ ﻣﺆﻘﺖ ﻹﻗﺎﻣﺘﻬﻢ n

Health and Safety and that suitable arrangements are made for all necessary welfare and hygiene requirements and for the prevention of epidemics. ﻭﺃﻦ ﻳﻮﻓﺮ ﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﺍﻟﺘﺮﺗﻴﺒﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺎﺳﺒﺔ ﻟﻤﺘﻄﻠﺒﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺼﺤﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻭﻟﻤﻨﻊ ﺍﻧﺘﺸﺎﺭ . ﺍﻷﻮﺑﺌﺔ

Health and Safety • • This person shall be qualified for this responsibility, and shall have the authority to issue instructions and take protective measures to prevent accidents. Throughout the execution of the works, the contractor shall provide whatever is required by this person to exercise this responsibility and authority. ، ﻭﺃﻦ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﻣﺨﻮﻻ ﺑﺼﻼﺣﻴﺔ ﺇﺻﺪﺍﺭ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﺗﺨﺎﺫ ﺍﻹﺟﺮﺍﺀﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻮﻗﺎﺋﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻼﺯﻣﺔ ﻟﺪﺭﺀ ﺍﻟﺤﻮﺍﺩﺙ ﻭﻓﻲ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﻕ ﻳﺘﻌﻴﻦ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﻘﺎﻭﻝ ﻳﻮﻓﺮ ﻟﻀﺎﺑﻂ ﺍﻟﻮﻗﺎﻳﺔ ﻛﻞ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻠﺰﻡ ﻟﺘﻤﻜﻴﻨﻪ ﻣﻦ ﻣﻤﺎﺭﺳﺔ ﺻﻼﺣﻴﺘﻪ . ﻭﻣﺴﺆﻮﻟﻴﺎﺗﻪ

Contractor's Superintendence n Superintendence shall be given by a sufficient number of persons having adequate knowledge of the language for communications (defined in Subclause 1. 4[law and language]) n and of the operations to be carried out (including the methods and techniques required, the hazards likely to be encountered and methods of preventing accidents), for the satisfactory and safe execution of the Works. ﻳﻨﺒﻐﻲ ﺃﻦ ﻳﻘﻮﻡ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺮﺍﻗﺒﺔ ﻋﺪﺩ ﻛﺎﻑ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻷﺸﺨﺎﺹ ﺍﻟﻤﺆﻬﻠﻴﻦ ﻻﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ ﻟﻐﺔ ﺍﻻﺗﺼﺎﻝ )ﻋﻤﻼ ﺑﺄﺤﻜﺎﻡ (1/4 ﺍﻟﻤﺎﺩﺓ ﻭﺑﺎﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻳﺘﻢ ﺗﻨﻔﻴﺬﻫﺎ )ﺑﻤﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺍﻷﺴﺎﻟﻴﺐ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻘﻨﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﻄﻠﻮﺑﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺨﺎﻃﺮ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﺘﻤﻞ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺮﺽ . ﻟﻐﺎﻳﺔ ﺗﻨﻔﻴﺬ ﺍﻷﺸﻐﺎﻝ ﺑﺼﻮﺭﺓ ﻣﺮﺿﻴﺔ ﻭآﻤﻨﺔ ،( ﻟﻬﺎ ﻭﻃﺮﻕ ﻣﻨﻊ ﺍﻟﺤﻮﺍﺩﺙ n n

Contractor's Personnel n If appropriate, the Contractor shall then appoint (or cause to be appointed) a suitable replacement person. ( ﻓﻌﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﻘﺎﻭﻝ ﻋﻨﺪﺋﺬ ﺃﻦ ﻳﻌﻴﻦ )ﺃﻮ ﻳﻌﻤﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ ، ﻭﺇﺫﺍ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒ . ﺷﺨﺺ ﺑﺪﻳﻞ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ n

Records of Contractor's Personnel and Equipment n Details shall be submitted each calendar month, in a form approved by the Engineer, until the Contractor has completed all work which is known to be outstanding at the completion date stated in the Taking-Over Certificate for the Work. ﺑﺎﺳﺘﻌﻤﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﻨﻤﺎﺫﺝ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻳﻮﺍﻓﻖ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻤﻬﻨﺪﺱ ، ﻳﺘﻢ ﺗﻘﺪﻳﻢ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺴﺠﻼﺕ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﻬﻨﺪﺱ ﻛﻞ ﺷﻬﺮ ﻭﺫﻟﻚ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺃﻦ ﻳﻨﺠﺰ ﺍﻟﻤﻘﺎﻭﻝ ﺃﻲ ﻋﻤﻞ ﻣﻌﺮﻭﻑ ﻻ ﻣﺘﺒﻘﻴ ﺑﺘﺎﺭﻳﺦ ﺍﻹﻧﺠﺎﺯ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﺪﺩ ﻓﻲ "ﺷﻬﺎﺩﺓ ﺗﺴﻠﻢ . " ﺍﻷﺸﻐﺎﻝ n
