Consolidated Transportation Services Agency (CTSA) Overview
What is CTSA? ˃ Consolidated Transportation Services Agencies are designated by county transportation commissions (CTCs), local transportation commission (LTCs), regional transportation planning agencies (RTPAs), or metropolitan planning agencies (MPO) under the state legislature Assembly Bill 120, Social Services Transportation Improvement Act. ˃ AB 120 was adopted to “to improve transportation service required by social ˃ Access Services was established in 1994.
