What is CTSA? ˃ Consolidated Transportation Services Agencies are designated by county transportation commissions

What is CTSA? ˃ Consolidated Transportation Services Agencies are designated by county transportation commissions (CTCs), local transportation commission (LTCs), regional transportation planning agencies (RTPAs), or metropolitan planning agencies (MPO) under the state legislature Assembly Bill 120, Social Services Transportation Improvement Act. ˃ AB 120 was adopted to “to improve transportation service required by social ˃ Access Services was established in 1994. Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) in its capacity as the regional transportation planning agency (RTPA) designated Access Services as the Consolidated Transportation Services Agency (CTSA) for Los Angeles County. ˃ Access Services has sought to fulfill its CTSA mandate in a manner that is commensurate with the size of Los Angeles County and complexity of services offered. service recipients by promoting the consolidation of social service transportation services”.
