DIABETES SUPPORT GROUP The Sleights and Sandsend Diabetic Support Group has now been running for nine months and those attending our meetings have seen speakers talk on varied topics from diet advice to foot care. The feedback has been positive and we are hoping to attract more people by inviting diabetics from Egton, Danby and Staithes to join the group. We are now meeting on the first Thursday afternoon of the month at Sleights Village Hall, from 3. 00 to 4. 00 pm.
