CAMERA & VOICES 5. FILE SHARE This feature allow the parties to use portable camera and voice fertilities while exchanging information over the network. To use this feature, double click on the icons. The purpose of this is to enable the users to share files and documents; such that both or all the parties can upload &download files. To Upload, drag and drop the file into this frame. 2. ATTENDEE LIST 6. NOTE This part of the window displays either the real/nick names of all parties taking part in the virtualconference. Click on the arrow on the right-top-corner to either clear or change your status. The note section is similar to the white board. It allows the user to keep note of key points talked about in the chat. Information stored on this platform can be retrieved at next log-on. 3. WHITEBOARD 7. CHAT Serves similar to the conventional chalkboard. It allows the user to temporally keep note of key points highlighted in the chat discursion. Click inside this frame to leave a reminder. The chat section is one of the most essential features of connectpro. puv. fi. The essence of this is to allow the users to synchronously exchange of info over the local/internetwork 5 6 7 4 4. Notice: - Meeting add updates quite often, so when this notice shows, you should always accept the installation. - Without this voice and camera may not function properly!! To start camera and voice press start my Camera and Voice -icon. The Pause button- Mutes the camera display. Host will give instruction about speakers usage, normally students use “Hold to talk”-button. Hold To Talk. Press this when you speak. Hands-free. Voice is in use all the time. 2 Approve: press Allow. If you click deny camera and voice won’t work. 6/10
