THE MAYORS ARE KEY UNCERTAIN AGENTS IN LAND USE IN BAMAKO DISTRICT Ohters uncertain agents: - Local Antenna for Urban Planning: 52 opinions (8 %)and 01 view of CDQs(3, 1%) - Domain and the Land registry Local Antenna agents: 5, 9 %( citizen) and 15, 6% of CDQs views - Regional Direction for Urban Planning and the Housing agents: 1, 4 %( citizen) - Economic operators: 0, 6 % - Regional Direction of Domains and the Land Registry agents: 3 (0, 5 %)

RECOMMENDATIONS To achieve African Union’s vision : the « Africa we want » in

RECOMMENDATIONS To achieve African Union’s vision : the « Africa we want » in 2063 in the field of sustainable Africans’ cities development, more researches are needed to stress common land-use planning issues and find out the global solution framework.

RECOMMENDATIONS ALPC and NELGA can work together on land use planning uncertainties in doing

RECOMMENDATIONS ALPC and NELGA can work together on land use planning uncertainties in doing more researches to find out a framework for sustainable African cities under uncertainty context, as it has been stated “ in Africa related land governance issues , it is only the name of the country which changes the remainder remain the same”
