Damian is an employee at the grocery store through a Site-Based work experience program. Damian leaves school for four hours during the scheduled workdays but is a regular student the rest of the time. Damian is an exemplary employee, so Tim asks Damian to cover shifts for employees who do not show up for work. As a result, Damian is returning to school late and getting written up by his teachers for being tardy or absent.
