Children should be given every opportunity to succeed in life, and a strong arts education can add to those opportunities. Self-expression, social skills, and test scores can be developed through music classes. If students are not exposed to the arts, their chances at success will be diminished. Write to your local board of education, and let them know that you are in support of school music classes. With fine arts programs, students can learn much more than they can without them.
