未來定位 - 由政府單位執行 Future Positioning – Operated by Government Organization l 在CONCERT架構下 l l l 成立『全國聯盟管理中心』 為最高行政督導單位，由 國科會或教育部所屬單位負 責，設置各作業中心(以既有 聯盟為基礎) 政府編列預算支應必要支出 優點 l l l 政府統籌, 資源充裕 資源容易整合、協調、分配 Under the CONCERT umbrella l l l Features l l 2002/11/14 Nationwide Consortia Administration Center (MOE or NSC); the current consortia will be major operation centers Budget comes from the government. The government budget bill will provide for centralized and adequate funding. Resources will be consolidated, managed, and allocated easily 15
