Research: Cocktail maker on Quantum of the Seas Royal Caribbean The robot machine receives information from the customers tag in what they ordered This tag has track of whether the customers have paid and what they have ordered Once drink is made the tag beeps letting customers know the drink is ready

Concept 1 This concept is about using data that is created through facial recognition.

Concept 1 This concept is about using data that is created through facial recognition. This program requires face detection and image recognition. The camera will take a picture of the person’s face that will be effectively interpreted by the robotic system. This robotic system will then customise a drink according to whether it recognises a persons face or not, this depends on whether the customer has made repeat purchase or not. Face scanning robots are used in Paris to produce boarding passes for customers

Storyboard For example, Otty first time was ordering. The system will scan the face

Storyboard For example, Otty first time was ordering. The system will scan the face of that person and then it is inputted into the system. The machine then makes the drink for the customer. On the other hand, if it was a repeated customer the system would scan the face and if it recognises that face the system would ask the customer if they would like the same drink they already ordered before.

Concept 2: This concept is about using data that is produced from the poker

Concept 2: This concept is about using data that is produced from the poker machine to create a drink. The ingredients will be inputted into the machine This will allow users to customise their own drink according to how they play the game. Once they have played a round it will produce a custom made drink.

Storyboard For example Mark wanted to play poker with his friends but wanted to

Storyboard For example Mark wanted to play poker with his friends but wanted to try something different. So he tried the machine and the ingredients he got were vodka, cranberry juice and lime. The drink is then made based on how he played.
