Sector Model Created in 1930 s CBD in middle of the model with fans or pie slices coming out CBD is still in the center with industry near by Low income housing is surrounded by the industry High income housing is on the opposite side of low income housing Beings to incorporate additional parts of the city as well Multiple Nuclei Created in 1940 s No circles, looks abstract Multiple CBDs and the CBD is not centrally located Low income housing still around CBD and industry/light manufacturing Middle income on other side of CBD from low income High income on the outskirts Includes suburbs
