Bergen Belsen is located in northern Germany near a city called Celle. Bergen Belson was in uses from 1940 to 1945. It was operating for 5 years. The camps main purpose was for holding prisoners.

Bergen Belsen living conditions �The living conditions for camp Bergen Belsen were poor. slaves were worked extremely hard. The camp was only supposed to hold 10, 000 prisoners. But, they eventually were holding somewhere around 50, 000. so it was vary cramped.
