Compressor Replacement – ODU Remove Control Board & its Wiring (Motor & Compressor Wiring). De-braze Suction & Discharge Tube. Take Out Control Board & Change The Capacitor AS Required Value (As per Requirement)(OLD Capacitor 40+2. 5 Mfd, new Capacitor – 50+2. 5 Mfd ) Remove screw of suction valve from valve plate to remove suction tube assy. Take new Compressor For Replacement. OLD Comp – UR 8 B 180 JHCJH NEW Comp – UR 8 B 180 DUBJH Remove the Wiring connection of compressor. Remove Compressor Mounting Nut & Take Out the Compressor Use Same Compressor Accessory to Fit The new Compressor As Shown. 1
